How we use your data:
Ordering:
When we take orders, we will take the necessary contact information so that we can communicate with you and process invoices. We will not share this information with any third party.
Survey/Audit data:
Surveys by default are anonymous. There is an option to ask for names in our Safeguarding Audit. We also request that survey users do not use names in any comments made. We will keep the results for up to one year in case you require us to forward the reports to you again. After one year they will be deleted unless you request this to be done earlier.
